Life Photography by Melissa (“LPM”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information we collect. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect “personal data” (also called “personal information”) of our clients and website visitors who are Colorado residents, in accordance with the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Colorado Information Security Law (C.R.S. § 6-1-713.5), the Colorado Data Breach Notification Law (C.R.S. § 6-1-716), and other applicable laws.

This Policy applies to personal data collected by LPM in connection with our photography services (maternity, newborn, family photography) and our website. If you are a Colorado resident, this policy describes your rights under the CPA and how we respond to them.
