Maternity Sessions

Pregnancy is a tricky thing. Some women bask in the "glow," loving every change it brings, wishing it would never end - while others struggle each moment with accepting this new body shape, the changing routine, and all the other challenges that arise. Both types of women love their growing child; both women know that the process is temporary and that it leads to one of the most amazing things; but both women cannot be expected to process or celebrate this moment in the same way.

When you hear that heartbeat for the first time, it's truly a moment you will never forget. Take the time to capture those moments, is important. No matter if you are becoming a parent for the first time, or if you are growing your family, every pregnancy is so different. Documenting the nine-month journey, as it comes to an end, will be sure to photos you will look back on for years to come.

Maternity Sessions take place between 28-32 weeks. This is a great time to book your maternity session. Between these weeks, is typically, when you are feeling more like yourself, and you start to have a bit more energy. You can choose to have a session in studio or at an outdoor location of your choice, within the Colorado Springs area.

When you book your maternity session with me, I will help guide you through the entire process. We will discuss the style you are looking for, location for your session and she will also help put colors together that will compliment you.

Not sure what to wear for your session? I offer a large variety of maternity gowns. Maternity gowns come with your session at no extra charge. If you are looking for someone to do hair and makeup, I work closely with Kim Clay Artistry, her hair and makeup talents are by far the best in Colorado Springs! You can view her work here.

‍Following your maternity session, you will receive a beautiful online gallery, showing the images from your session. You will have the opportunity only choose images you would like, from your session. No matter if you are looking for just digital images or beautiful prints and heirlooms that you will treasure for years to come.
